Hello, I am wondering if anyone could help me understand the difference and use cases for these 3 very similar LIONC codes. I am not sure where to look to find the answers. Thank you for the assistance.

Not a formal definition, but in my experience, Nar scale would be a textual description e.g. “Patient w both heartburn and coughing” whereas a Nom scale would be a discrete “name” description defined/mapped in the system e.g. GERD.
