Is it possible to know if changes to the LOINC codes have been made from one version to another? In other words, if we have currently deployed the LOINC codes, is there a relatively uncomplicated way to know if the LOINC codes have been modified in any way, so that we would know if we need to make changes to our system?
With each LOINC release, we make available a “LOINC table changes file” that compares the current LOINC table to the previous releas.
