Using LOINC Panels for Flowsheet Display?

We currently have several outside laboratory integrations into our EHR (custom), as well as LOINCs we receive on CCDA files. We are struggling with the best way to display these outside lab results in a typical flowsheet for our clinicians without having to manually curate a list. We are looking into the possibility of leveraging LOINC panels to assist. Has anyone else used LOINC panels in this capacity?
If so, can you please share any wins/pitfalls?
Also struggling with understanding certain aspects of the panels. Example: Why does the Comprehensive metabolic 2000 panel include 33914-3 GFR, but the Basic Metabolic 2000 panel includes the 77147-7 GFR, instead? Shouldn’t they align and both include 77147-7?
