UCUM for cells/uL

I have downloaded the Common UCUM Units from the LOINC.org website. I am receiving a conflict for the fully expressed UCUM value for cells/uL.

In the Common UCUM units the cells/uL is {cells}/uL. But I am finding in other websites (HL7, PHVS) that the fully expressed UCUM value is {Cells}/uL.

What is the correct fully expressed UCUM value for cells/uL?

The official UCUM specification (http://unitsofmeasure.org/ucum.html) states that text contained inside the curly braces “do not contribute to the semantics of the unit but are meaningless by definition”, so I don’t believe it matters whether you use {cells}, {Cells} or {CELLS}.
