A new feature could be used to create one-to-many LOINC mappings, i.e., mapping one local term to one-to-many LOINC codes (a cardinality 0…n might be better). Such a feature would be useful to create maps that are helpful for the mapping process. For example, in addition to Top2K+ like artefacts, mappings from each local billable/service to more than one LOINC codes could help users find a handful set of potential LOINC codes for the local billable/service to be mapped because the users might be more familiar with their local billables/services.
