Nictiz, the Dutch language translators for LOINC, have identified a significant data omission in the nl-NL (Dutch) translation included in version 2.82 of LOINC.
Description of the Issue
The LONG_COMMON_NAME field within the published Dutch translation is correctly populated in only a small fraction of the included rows. This error was caused by a technical glitch in our automated language compilation system.

No other linguistic variant files or languages are affected by this error.
Resolution Plan
We are currently generating a patch file to replace the erroneously omitted values. This patch will be made available shortly to restore full functionality for Dutch language users. We will post an update once the issue has been resolved.
