Reset password on loinc.org does't send mail

Hello,
I forgot my password but I don’t receive the reset password mail. Tried with my two loinc.org accounts (gmail + corporate).

it says:
Error: The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails. Get support for resetting your password.
