In the “LOINCUsersGuide.pdf” guide, chapter 6.3 “LOINC Document Ontology - Elements of document type codes” on page 77, there is a list of type codes for documents.
Example
PartNumber PartName
LP173387-4 Administrative note
LP173388-2 Against medical advice note
LP173389-0 Agreement
LP173390-8 Certificate
I can not find these part numbers in the RELMA software. Why ?
Another question :
RELMA indicates that LOINC Code 11528-7 (Radiology Unspecified Site and Modality Study) is depracated.
Use the PART search screen in RELMA to find the document ontology PARTs. You can then search by PART# (“LP” code) or key word.
The “map to” term for a DEPRECATED LOINC is shown on the detail page. Just double click the term in the result grid to see it. The replacement term for 11528-7 is 18748-4.
Another point, I can’t understand in the “LOINCUsersGuide.pdf” guide, chapter 6.3 “LOINC Document Ontology – Elements of document type codes” on page 77. There is a list of type codes for documents:

How can I a view of the arborescence of the LOINC documents ?
RELMA does not have a specific view of the document ontology. To see the hierarchy you can search for “class:doc.ontology” and then select the tree view in the search result grid. You should see a hierarchical display as shown in this screen shot.
