Has anyone tried LOINCing any of the newer tests for abnormal prion proteins such as CJD that use amplification of normal prion protein? There seem to be a number of variations on that theme. For example: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3226039/ Real-time Quaking Induced Conversion.
