I downloaded Relma 3.23 build 4 and used install shield to update existing RELMA program.
When I try to open Relma now I get several error messages - code 91 (several times for different lines) and code 429 (several times for different lines). Then it stays stuck on the opening screen. Please help.
Thanks
Sorry to hear that you are having problems with RELMA. Unfortunately, it’s a little hard to tell what is happening from the information that you provided. The key to tracking down the problem will be in the 1st error message that you received. Could you please recreate the error and then send me the entire error message? If you could capture a screen shot of the error it would be even better. You can email me directly at jhook@regenstrief.org.
Hello,
I see that this is a somewhat old post, but is similar to a problem I am experiencing. I have attempted to install RELMA and upon launching it, I get the license screen, and then the following message pops up. If I click yes, then RELMA goes ahead with loading data, and at some point I get the second message below, and clicking yes on the second one results in the RELMA application freezing up. Also, not sure if it is important, but I am running on Windows XP SP2 and have 1GB of RAM (please let me know if more details are needed).

thanks.
I found my answer after exchanging a few emails with Regenstrief.
I needed to install a new version of MDAC (I installed version 2.81), I guess mine was corrupt. However, I am running Win XP and the MDAC installer that you download from Microsoft won’t install on Win XP. So, I had to go to the properties of the MDAC installer (with a right click) and change the compatibility mode to Windows 2000. Once I did that, I was able to run the MDAC installer, and subsequently the RELMA install.
Now RELMA is up and running.
