I have imported an MS Excel spreadsheet as my local mapping file. In general, things look great and I can do lab auto-mappings.
However…
- my spreadsheet includes total observations of each lab in my EHR as integers
- I see them on the import screen
- I have tagged them as ‘Observation Count’
But they doesn’t appear in any of the RELMA application views like “View/Add/Edit…” I don’t even see them in the LMOF3.LMOF.OBSERVATIONCOUNT column in Access.
What am I doing wrong?
How valuable is it to include observation counts in the local term file?
