New clinical note code

Hi,
I’ve been working on the new eRequesting FHIR IG in Australia.
We have a need for a code that indicates the Clinical Context for the group of Service Requests as a value for DocumentReference.code . I noticed a likely candidate in post-QA “clinical note” which has a scale of {Doc}, which would fit our data model. Just wondering which release of LOINC this will make it into and if we can nudge it up the priority list maybe.

This concept will be in AUGUST 2025 Release 2.81.

Thanks very much Eza. Is there a pre-release code for new term available?
Our R1 release for eRequesting will likely publish the ballot snapshot in early August 2025 and we’d really like to use this term in our IG.
