Long common name consistency

Hello,

The Long common of LOINC shows:

  1. Alpha 1 antitrypsin [Mass/volume] in Serum or Plasma (1825-9)
  2. Alpha-1-Fetoprotein [Mass/volume] in Serum or Plasma (1834-1)



    We are naming the ePR and eHR display based on Long common name. However, I was questioned by a users about the consistency that :


  3. Should we use hypen (-) to link the name ?
  4. Some users ask me that whether uppercase or lowercase should be used after hypen. i.e. Alpha-1-Fetoprotein or Alpha-1-fetoprotein ?
