LOINC Offline Browser with MCP and Agent Skill

Dear All

I have made a simple go based tool and Svelte based frontend to browse LOINC codes locally. The entire process of using is as simple as downloading the binary from GitHub, placing the release 2.82 zip file in same folder and executing the binary. It also includes local API based search, a MCP server and an AGENTS Skill file that you may use in agentic workflows. I have also tried to give a graph view of relationships for each term. Hope you find it useful.

Screenshots are present in repo. The relationship loading is still slow on my M5pro Mac and I will be working on that in next step.
