The LOINC/IEEE Medical Device Code Mapping Table is no longer there, though it is still referenced with this link by the FHIR Point-of-Care Device Implementation Guide from HL7
Where can we find it?

Yes, this file is still included within our downloadable LOINC zip file. You can find it in the AccessoryFiles folder. Here is the file listing once the zip is expanded.

Incidentally, these mappings are also available from the ConceptMap resource in our LOINC Terminology Service using HL7 FHIR.
