LOINC Codes - Canadian Lab Tests

Hi Everyone,

Can someone please point out where I can find LOINC codes for all lab tests? Preferrably a Canadian dataset?

I am trying to build a feature where we can reconcile lab results we receive through the labs and once that are added manually by the physician.

Any guidance would be really appreciated!

See September 2025 pCLOCD Release is now Available for pCLOCD, Canada Health Infoway’s LOINC set including translations in French and English. @apatel59 from Canada can also help.
