LOINC Code history of change (log)

Hello!
Is there a way to review the history of changes to a code? The ChangeSnapshot only provides the changes in a particular release.

Hi Linda,

The Updates.mdb file contains changes over numerous releases. This Microsoft Access file will be replaced by a comparable CSV file in releases following the new 2.77 release.

Following up with two other options for those who may be interested.

In addition to the Updates.mdb file included with each release download, you can also download virtually all past releases from our archive. This requires some diligence (or coding) to compare values across releases but is certainly comprehensive. Also, you can programmatically access LOINC content in CodeSystem, ValueSet, and ConceptMap resources by release back to version 2.69 with our Terminology Service.
