Loinc Code from Open Epic text

Hey,

I got FHIR resources from Open Epic which contains information about lab tests.

Yet, I didn’t get the Loinc code of each lab test. What I did get is a text containing the lab test name.

What is the best way to get the Loinc code of each such text? I provided some examples below.

Is there a conversion table between the two? Did some one had a similar problem?
