Does “plexA” represent multiplex testing? If not, could you describe what it does represent?

Hi Jeremy,

Yes, plexA represents multiplex testing used in Biofire Spotfire and Filmarrary test instruments and the naming convention was used to distinguish a large swathe of panels for these instruments. There are also PlexB and PlexC named panels, the numeric represents the children size and alphabet letters in place to distinguish the different panels
