Is there any plans to have a LOINC code for common combo Radiology Studies?

We have procedure that we are unable to map appropriately due to a lack of codes in existence. I work with a Radiologist to map these in our EMR, and she does not want these mapped to one or the other, she is wanting there to be combo codes eventually.

Examples:
US PELVIS W TRANSVAGINAL PELVIS DOPPLER
US ABDOMEN COMPLETE W US PELVIS
US ABDOMEN COMPLETE W ABDOMINAL DOPPLER
US RENAL W RENAL DOPPLER
US LIVER W LIVER DOPPLER
US PELVIS TRANSABDOMINAL W TRANSVAGINAL DOPPLER
US ABDOMEN COMPLETE W ELASTOGRAPHY
US ABDOMEN COMPLETE W DOPPLER ELASTOGRAPHY
US LIVER W DOPPLER ELASTOGRAPHY

Anyone else have any logic that they use as a standard for a scenario like this?

Hi Dan,

For the most part, LOINC relies on requests from users for new concepts. Perhaps you should consider submitting these for potential inclusion. We have complete instructions on our website.
