Hello. I am trying to map encounter templates of swiss physio therapists to LOINC.
Many template fields I could find in LOINC, but I am a bit stuck with something called “Schmerzanamnese” in German (“Pain history”). Could not find appropriate code in LOINC. Any suggestions? Does it not exist in LOINC?
