Anyone have an idea what LOINC method would be most appropriate for immunohistochemistry?
Hi Christopher! If you type in IHC in search.loinc.org or RELMA, you’ll see the LOINC uses an immune stain method.
Be sure the data element field is the result of the stain, and not just a billing code for workload capture. Let us know if any components are missing.
