Hi Can you please help me to ID SNOMED code for following test result
LOINC CODE :60489-2 Sterp A by Cepheid swap
LOINC CODE :72828-7 CT/NG and
LOINC CODE:92703-8 4 plex
All test are form Cepheid methode ( DNA Probe, NAA)
There are quite a number of Presence and Absence findings in the qualifiers hierarchy that you can use….This will depend on the way the lab reports qualitative results for different types of assays/analysers.
For example: 260373001 | Detected | , 260415000 | Not detected | would probably work for PCR.

Oh, actually I think I may have misread your question….you want the equivalent SNOMED CT code for those LOINC codes…Have you tried the LOINC SNOMED browser? Noting that those SNOMED concepts are pinned to a specific international version and may not be in your local edition of SNOMED CT.

There doesm’t appeat to be any onservable entities or findings or procedures in the SNOMED daily build browser that mention group A Strep DNA
