How to handle tests which cannot be found in LOINC database

I have to identify the codes for the following tests

  1. X Ray of Left ankle oblique

  2. X Ray of Right ankle oblique

But in the LOINC database, these 2 are not specifically available. We have AP+lateral, and other combinations. But the above mentioned tests are not available.

As I am a new LOINC user, I would like to know how this should be handled?
