Having trouble with Submissions page

Is anyone else having trouble with the Submissions page? I cannot attach sample reports and I am getting a Internal Server error 500 message. I tried deleting my request and re-submitting. I also tried closing and reopening the LOINC page.

This error has been confirmed. I am currently working with Kimberly via email to resolve. I will also post an update here once addressed.

@KScott65 (and others) - We have changed how reference files are uploaded in the new term request form. Instead of including them on the “Requested terms” page, you are asked to upload them in a subsequent step.

This change was necessary due to a limitation in our form tooling. We welcome feedback on this subtle change in the process.
