Hello, we use FHIR to pull down Home Health OASIS Assessments to review. LOINC has a great form as a standard.
We were wondering if anyone has implemented a way to get the data back into an EHR, in this case we are trying to get it into EPIC. It seems there is not a FHIR resource to do this. Any suggestions?
