Hello - in your terms for tapentadol glucuronide ( [89300-8] and [75362-4] you state :
" LP183606-5 Tapentadol glucuronide
Tapentadol glucuronide is a metabolite of tapentadol (fentanyl), a centrally-acting analgesic with a dual mode of action as an opioid agonist and a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. TAP and its metabolites, including nortapentadol (N-desmethyltapentadol) and tapentadol glucuronide, may be measured to monitor compliance or identify illicit opioid drug use. PMID: 24015138
As far as my research shows tapentadol and fentanyl are the generic form of two distinct drugs and seem to have unique metabolites. Can someone clarify for me?
Thank you!
