I am trying to find a LOINC code that will map to Collection ID, i.e., the identification of the person collecting the specimen.
I have tried every way possible to present this in a RELMA search and cannot find a suitable term in LOINC. I am having the same issue with User ID and Collection Site.
Perhaps this is because these things are to be sent in another part of the HL7 message.
