Cardiac Risk Scores as new Collections

I am new to this group and was wondering if submitting a new survey/form would be applicable for cardiac risk scores such as the MESA 10-year risk calculator: <a href=“https://www.mesa-nhlbi.org/MESACHDRisk/MesaRiskScore/RiskScore.aspx”>https://www.mesa-nhlbi.org/MESACHDRisk/MesaRiskScore/RiskScore.aspx&lt;/a&gt;

I saw the template for submitting a new request. What would the benefits be to having this as a new Collection and do you know if others have proposed or worked on terminology for cardiac risk scores (there are many in the literature) within LOINC?
