Cannot read score after filling out a form

Hello,

I’m trying to fill out this form on the LOINC site: LHC-Forms Demo

It’s the ECOG, everyday cognition questionnaire.

When I complete it, I do not get the score printed on the website which is what I expected.

I do see the instructions to code it myself, but I may do this multiple times and it would be very helpful to have the coding done automatically if possible.

Our demo of this assessment may not be fully functional. Instead, I would refer you to the owner of the LHC-Forms project at LHC FHIR Tools.

From there, click on “Search LOINC Panels” at left and then enter 89090-5. This should provide you with a functional form.
