Appropriate system (& LOINC code) for analysis

We are discussing possible LOINC codes for a test described here: https://intermountainhealthcare.org/services/genomics/providers/rxmatch/

We think LOINC code 78046-0 might be appropriate for the order and 51969-4 might be appropriate for the result. But those both use system of Bld/Tiss. The test uses a buccal swab. Would system Bld/Tiss be appropriate or should a code with a more specific system buccal be requested. (As seen on 55198-6.)

We appreciate any input.

Hi Christopher!

My recollection is that buccal swab collections for genetic testing are included in BLD/TISS systems. The individual cells provide the DNA used for testing.
