Whenever I find a trial LOINC that will apply to one of my use cases, I email submissions@loinc.org of the particular code that will be used and ask it be updated to active status in a future release.
I’m not sure how much feedback needs to be received before the status is changed.
You are welcome to use the term in this trial status in your work now.
