Alla,

The ComMaps and ComInst columns are related to the LOINC community mapping project. You can read more about it at [https://loinc.org/mappings/](https://loinc.org/mappings/) and [https://loinc.org/articles/?id=293&learning-from-the-crowd-in-terminology-mapping-the-loinc-experience](https://loinc.org/articles/?id=293&learning-from-the-crowd-in-terminology-mapping-the-loinc-experience)
