Hi Everyone,

Can someone please point out where I can find LOINC codes for all lab tests? Preferrably a Canadian dataset?

I am trying to build a feature where we can reconcile lab results we receive through the labs and once that are added manually by the physician.

Any guidance would be really appreciated!

See [September 2025 pCLOCD Release is now Available](https://infocentral.infoway-inforoute.ca/en/news-events/infocentral-news/4138-pclocd-september-2025) for pCLOCD, Canada Health Infoway’s LOINC set including translations in French and English. @apatel59 from Canada can also help.
