# Loinc code for "patient declined screening"

Our office is giving patients the HRSN screening tool to complete once a year. We need to track those who decline filling out the questionnaire. Is there a loinc code we could use to indicate patient declined to fill out screening form?

Laura, the next version of LOINC is imminent. There is a new term pending for document completion information that may meet your need. LOINC version 2.79 is anticipated later this month.
