# Dialysis test codes

We are mapping our tests to the appropriate test codes and have a few questions. Daugirdas II Kt/V and UKM Kt/V are on the list, but I cannot find standard Kt/V. This is a calculation common to all Home Hemo patients dialyzing 3-7 days or nocturnally, but we cannot find it. Is it referred to as something else?
