Hello, I am responsible for mapping testing codes for clinical laboratories to LOINC. I was wondering if a code for FilmArray should be classified under non-probe detection?

Hello Nirit

We plan on having a presentation on microbiology nucleic acid testing on March 20th at 9 am Eastern USA. It is possible there will be changes to the current model of testing. I will keep you posted. Thanks for asking,
Pam
