How would I LOINC map a Digital Rectal Exam?
This is a clinical examination with a narrative finding, Example: No lump noted.
I found 32465-7, Physical findings of Prostate.
While I am well versed in Lab LOINC I am just learning about Clinical LOINCs.
Is this code to be used for both the order and the observation?
I have similar questions regarding a Clinical Breast Exam, I found 32422-8, Physical findings of Breast.
Please let me know if I am on the right track.
