Long Common Names for LOINC Terms

As discussed at the last Lab LOINC meeting in June 2008, we have been working on a mechanism to algorithmically generate a Long Common Name for LOINC terms. We have generated our initial draft set, which have been posted here:

We will continue making refinements and enhancements, but would welcome comments and suggestions.
