LMOF Database Not Found! - Select LMOF Database

Within the last couple weeks I was successfully able to access the Internet version of the RELMA program. Today, I receive this fatal message: You have not provided a valid LMOF database. RELMA will now exit. I reloaded ica32t.exe, but it did not solve the problem.

The problem was with our Citrix configuration. It should now be working properly.

Thank you for letting us know about the problem,

John

I have a similar problem. After I exported my work and was running smoothly since day 1then I log out of Relma then I login back I have encountered LMOF database Not Found.

how do fix this?

Malim,

From your description, it sounds like your LMOF3.MDB database has become corrupted. The LMOF3.MDB is the database that RELMA uses to store your local codes and mappings. By default, this file will be located at “C:UsersPublicDocumentsRELMALMOF3.MDB.”

Generally, this type of problem is easily corrected using the compact/repair option of Microsoft Access. Here is a link to a Microsoft support page that explains the compact/repair function http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/access-help/compact-and-repair-a-database-HA010341740.aspx

Here are the steps for doing a compact/repair

  1. Make a back copy of the database for safekeeping.
  2. Start Access, but do not open a database.
  3. Go to the “Database Tools” menu, and then click Compact and Repair Database.
  4. In the Database to Compact From dialog box, navigate to and your LMOF3.MDB
  5. Click the Compact button

If these steps don’t work, Please contact our support group at http://loinc.org/contact-loinc/relma
