Hello all,
So some new territory for me into the Clinical LOINC “REALM(a)” (Pun intended). Can anyone share some experiences in getting some of the Colonoscopy/Endo results mapped…At first glance the data I am seeing looks like it would fit nicely into LOINC?
Some examples are
Advanced to - 2 cm into the ileum,
Advanced to - the sigmoid colon to examine a mass,
Indication - Abdominal pain in the right upper quadrant
As I said I am not that familiar with Clinical LOINC as I am with LAB…so any advice or help is greatly appreciated!
