I’m about to write a Master Thesis in medical informatics. My intention therefore is to build an application that creates an cda-document (clinical document architecture) for the “ambulant blood pressure monitoring”. The header of an cda-document requires the LOINC-Code of the document type. In LOINC I couldn’t find a code for the “ambulant blood pressure monitoring report”. What code can I take as a subsitute or is there a possibility to get a code created?
