Is there any schedule to assign LOINC Part Numbers for the Components (and their Parts) of Surveys, Forms, and Patient Assessment Instruments?

We hope to have parts for most of the Clinical LOINC codes included in the December 2008 release. There will be some further refinement after this first pass, but it will include the survey content. Placement of all of the Clinical parts in the hierarchies will be an ongoing work-in-progress for a while.
