Manual VS Database

Postby jeffreyice1 » Wed Mar 10, 2010 1:32 am

I have some questions and some corrections based on my cross ref of the tables in 2.30 and the manual

CLINICAL CLASS_TYP
1) (MANUAL) BDYTMP.ATOM Body temperature molecular
This should be
BDYTMP.ATOM Body temperature atomic

2) DOC.PUBLICHEALTH Public health documentation
In Manual but nothing in Database Tables

3) LABORDERS Laboratory order codes
In Manual but nothing in Database Tables

LABS CLASS_TYP

1) H&P.HX
In Database but Not in manual

2) LABORDERS
In Database but Not in manual

3) MOLPATH.GENERAL
In Database but Not in manual

SURVAYS CLASS_TYP

1) PANEL.CAP_CHECKLIST CAP cancer checklist
PANEL.CLIN Clinical set
In manual Not in database

2) H&P.HX
PANEL.HL7.GENETICS
PANEL.PHR
PUBLICHEALTH
In Database Not in Manual

PROPERTIES

1) NULL
???
ArVolRt
FldConduct
Inverse VI
MSCnc
MSRat
Rden
Scope.modifier.selection item
Scope.modifier.time window
TimeDif
Xad
(ITEMS IN DATABASE BUT NOT IN MANUAL, THERE WAS ONE MORE BUT I WAS ABLE TO FIGURE THIS ONE OUT)
AreaRto Area Ratio Other
(I WAS LOOKING FOR THE DESCRIPTION ALONG WITH THE CATAGORY)

2) Doc Document
EngRatFr Energy Ratio Fraction
EngRto Energy Ratio
(IN MANUAL BUT NOT IN DATABASE)

SCALE_TYPE
1) NULL
-
*
(IN DATABASE NOT IN MANUAL) I assume - is a pannel but what are the others

That is my first review trying to cross ref the manual to the database! I need the descriptions for my tables
Thanks

Jef,

Thank you for bring this to our attention.

The BODYTMP.ATOM description will be corrected. As to the differences between the manual and the database, the manual was never intended to be an exact copy or all inclusive version of the database. Most of the tables are just a sampling or examples of the various items, i.e., properties, systems, etc.

To answer your question in more detail, I am going to send you an e-mail.
